Accessibility Policy

All of us at the The Beehive, welcome customers who may require accessibility assistance.  It’s helpful to us if we’re able to provide customers with accessibility information in advance, so everyone is best prepared for your visit.

  • Parking – Free parking is available on Stoneleigh Road Car Park directly opposite the Premises. This car park is open 24 hours per day.
  • Public Transport – The following bus services serve the Premises: 123, 149, 243, 259, 279, 318, 341, 349, 476,W4 & N279. Bruce Grove Overground Station is a 2 minute walk away from the Premises but unfortunately has no step free access. Tottenham Hale Underground Station is a 15 minute walk away from the Premises on the Victoria Line which runs a 24 hour service on Fridays & Saturdays. This station has step free access.
  • Assistance – Assistance is available whilst on the premises including table service & large print menus.
  • Facilities – The premises is accessible for wheelchair users via the main entrance to the Premises.

Guide dogs welcome.

The Manager will do their best to ensure that whenever customers with accessibility requirements are present at The Premises, adequate arrangements are made to ensure their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency, and that they are made aware of these arrangements.

Under 18s

While we are happy to allow under 18s (when accompanied by an adult!), we cannot accommodate any under 18s after 8pm.

Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, if you’re in the pub, do ask to speak to a manager.

If you’re not happy with our response, or you’re unable to speak with a pub manager, please contact us on info@beehiven17.com as soon as possible.  We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and at the latest, within seven days.
